Recently, two clients from Malaysia visited JATEN’s factory and brought their samples for on-site inspection. The visit provided an opportunity for business exchange and allowed the clients to see JATEN’s production and inspection processes firsthand.
During the tour, the clients followed the technical team to learn about the entire workflow, from raw material management and precision machining to final product inspection. Their samples underwent dimensional measurement and quality checks, with every step carefully controlled. The inspection results met the clients’ expectations, and they expressed satisfaction with the ease of equipment operation and the accuracy of the measurement data. They also recognized JATEN’s professional capabilities in high-precision manufacturing.
JATEN’s factory is equipped with a range of self-developed and high-end imported machines, including large-scale video measuring machines, profile projectors, and high-precision dispensing machines. The large-scale video measuring machines feature high-resolution CCD cameras and precise lighting systems, capable of accurately measuring complex part dimensions and geometric tolerances. Profile projectors are ideal for quickly checking part contours and edge dimensions, ensuring efficient quality control. The dispensing machines come in three-axis, four-axis, and six-axis versions, providing precise dispensing and automated production for various industrial applications.
The on-site visit gave the clients a clear understanding of JATEN’s overall capabilities and equipment performance, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration.
