Last Saturday, Jaten Instrument welcomed two customers from Malaysia to our factory for an on-site visit. The purpose of the visit was to gain a deeper understanding of Jaten’s optical measuring equipment and our production process.
Our foreign trade supervisor accompanied the customers throughout the tour, introducing the company’s main products — including video measuring machines and profile projectors. The visitors were particularly interested in how Jaten ensures measurement precision and maintains consistent quality control across different stages of production.
During the visit, they observed assembly and calibration operations, while our engineers performed live demonstrations of measurement procedures. This allowed the customers to directly experience the stability, accuracy, and ease of operation of our equipment. Their positive feedback reflected their confidence in Jaten’s technical capabilities and manufacturing standards.
Later, both parties held a short discussion to exchange technical insights and explore future cooperation opportunities. The customers shared their testing requirements, and our team provided detailed information and case examples tailored to their applications.
