This week, JATEN’s Foreign Trade Department held its fourth-quarter meeting, guided by our company’s coaching team. All members of the sales department took part in the discussion, reviewing what we’ve achieved so far this year and setting clear goals for the final stretch.

The coaching team started by sharing a review of our performance over the past three quarters, highlighting both achievements and areas for improvement. They encouraged everyone to stay positive, stay focused, and make the most of the last quarter to reach our annual targets.

To make things even more exciting, our sales team has been divided into two groups for a friendly PK challenge. Each team has its own goals and plans — a bit of healthy competition to keep everyone motivated and bring out our best teamwork. The atmosphere was lively, full of energy and laughter, but also a strong sense of determination.

During the meeting, team members shared their market experiences, customer stories, and ideas for new opportunities. Everyone spoke openly, exchanged opinions, and learned from one another. The coaching team offered helpful suggestions and guidance, giving the team new inspiration and practical tools to use in daily work.

In the end, everyone left the meeting with renewed confidence and motivation. The PK challenge isn’t just about numbers — it’s about growing together, improving communication, and supporting one another to reach shared goals.

As we move into the final quarter of the year, JATEN’s foreign trade team is ready to give it our all. With teamwork, persistence, and the right mindset, we’re confident that we’ll finish the year strong and keep moving forward together.
