Recently, Dongguan Jaten Instrument Co., Ltd. welcomed an important customer from Pakistan who visited our factory for a comprehensive inspection of his ordered equipment and to confirm packing and shipping arrangements.
The purpose of this visit was to carry out a hands-on inspection of the optical measuring equipment purchased and to supervise the packing and logistics process. This reflects not only the customer's strong emphasis on product quality but also his confidence in our company’s production capabilities.
During the visit, our sales, technical, and quality teams accompanied the customer throughout the factory. We gave a detailed introduction to the structure, features, and application of the equipment. The customer paid close attention to the machine’s exterior, workmanship, and accessories. He personally conducted on-site tests and expressed high satisfaction with the performance and precision of the equipment.
The customer also toured our production workshop, assembly line, and quality control areas. He was impressed by our rigorous production management and quality assurance systems. In particular, he appreciated our focus on assembly precision, detailed craftsmanship, and strict testing procedures—all aligned with international standards.
After inspection, both parties reviewed and confirmed the packing specifications, shipment plan, and export documents. Our engineering and logistics departments quickly implemented customized packing solutions, including anti-moisture and shockproof measures, as well as reinforced wooden crates to ensure safe delivery of the machine over long-distance transportation.
This face-to-face interaction not only strengthened the customer's trust in our company but also laid a solid foundation for further cooperation. The customer expressed his willingness to expand collaboration with us in the near future.
